로컬에서 데이터를 불러오도록 설정이 되어있지 않음

1. 로컬에서 데이터를 불러올 수 있도록 파라미터 수정

    SET GLOBAL local_infile = 1;
       
    # 또는 DB 접속 시 해당 파라미터 값을 1로 넘김
    load_infile=1
